Stellungnahme zur geplanten Änderung des WissZeitVG
Am 28. Juni 2023 hat das deutsche Promovierendennetzwerk als Zusammenschluss aus 31 Promovierendenvertretungen gegenüber den vom BMBF geplanten Änderungen zum WissZeitVG Stellung bezogen. Dabei sind die zentralen Forderungen bezüglich der Novelle eine Mindestanstellung von sechs Jahren, Muss-Regelungen im Gesetzestext, prozentualer Ausgleich der Befristungsdauer entsprechend der Teilzeitanstellung, und eine klarere Definition des Qualifikationsbegriffes.
